Founded in 1999, Shenzhen Summit Industrial is a well-known manufacturing enterprise specializing in the production of pens, pen accessories and various other plastic and metal products. We have our own tooling, automatic lathe, plastic injection-molding, pressing and finishing workshops. In addition, we are equipped with professional lacquer-coating and printing facilities. Our two factories, covering 2,000 square meters, house 78 production staff that man three automated production lines which can turn out up to 800,000 units per month. We export 70 percent of this output to the US, Spain, Japan and Germany.
Some of our five material suppliers have cooperated with us for more than 12 years. The raw materials and parts we source from them comply with the RoHS Directive and 90PPM standards. Furthermore, our 15 QC personnel have two years' experience, and we allocate three staff to each production line. We provide one-year warranties, although only 0.2% of our products have ever been returned to us.
We invest 15% of our annual turnover in R&D. With our own molding capability, we design two to five new products monthly. We can also design new products according to our customers' requirements in around seven days. Our MOQ is 2,000 pieces which can be ready for delivery in 25 days.
